Visitor Visa for Mom and Aunt - is it possible?

Hi,

I am planning to call my mom to visit me in the US.
My father passed away last year, and I dont want my mom to travel alone - so I thought it would be a good idea to invite my aunt along with my mom.

Does any one forsee any issues in geting a visitor visa for mom & aunt?
