F1 visa approved, but then getting married to someone who is on H1b.

Hi,
CASE1:
I got admit to a university in California. I will be applying for my f1 visa in June. I also plan to get married to someone who is already in USA on h1b in early July. After marriage is there any form that I need to fill/ inform uscis that I got married. Can I still come on f1 visa as a independent student and join the school.

CASE2:
I get married in June and apply for f1 visa in July. In this case while filling up ds 160, i believe i will need to provide my marital status. Does that hamper my chances of getting f1 visa. Would they consider me as a potential immigrant, or its fine until I am not lying about anything.

go for marriage and came here as a spouse . so your school fee will be lower and u can study easily .
and u can work full time as well .
if u come here on f1 and then u get married then it will bi problem for u . like u have to go through from an interview again .
and alots of more thing .
