Query about Visa

Hi I am student from India. I have granted visa for Spring 2014. I got to USA and semester is about to begin but unfortunately due to some personal reason I cannot continue studies in Spring 2014 and now have to travel back to India. I just want to know if I go back now and 2-3 years later if I want to come on H1 Visa from a company will this create any issues?
