Will valid H4 need restamping if spouse on H1 changes job in US while H4 is in India

My spouse is on H4 which is valid till Dec 2015 and is in India right now for couple of months.
Meanwhile I'm planning to change my job herein US.
Wanted to know if she would be to re-enter US on the current visa which I have from my original employer
or will I have to apply for new visa/stamping for her.

No need. She would need the new approved I797 of yours at the Port of Entry.
