Business website and H4 visa

I am on H4 visa.
Came up with a online business idea, where there is a potential of subscription from all over the world.
I will not be directly employed by anyone, but if people subscribe, there will be income. Where I have no issue in paying taxes, but I am not sure if I am eligible to make any income.
Any suggestion?

No you are not allowed to be part of business and earn income thereof.

well, the point here is, it will be a global subscription, so technically it is not bound by US law. The website host could be outside US too.

Technically it doesnt matter where it is hosted, as long as you are earning money off it while on US soil it is not allowed.
