1)Can I apply for green card via marriage in a United States office if I am in Europe but can travel
there if needed? Because my country does not have an office and Los Angeles one is alot faster.
2)How fast can I apply for an EAD?
3)If I get married as a visitor on ESTA and my AOS gets declined I can
never travel on ESTA again?
4) How likely it is that I get approved straight from marriage and being
on ESTA if I file AOS right after marrige?We have a big age difference aswell.
5)Filling out applications, if it asks for a city or town but i live in a small village, I have to give them the city right?Because certain ones that need village ask for village.
6)If I dont have a middle name, do I leave does parts empty in all applications or do I write NA, none etc or??
