Get ITIN afer missing the USPS mail

Hi,

I applied for ITIN for my wife and kid in April 2013 for Year 2012. After that we relocated to another state and never received any document. How I can get the ITIN numbers again

The IR website says call 800-829-1040 for ITIN details and 800-908-9982 for original documents sent.

Is there any other way ?

I do not know the answer for your question. But FYI - There is a mail forward option in USPS site when you move like this. Whenever we move, if we submit that request, we will get the mail forwarded to the new address. I have done this all time when I moved and got all important mails.

Never received ITIN

I am also seeking an advice in this regards too. Even I lost my wife's ITIN number since we moved to different state. but, I did get my federal tax return without ITIN. Is there way to get it.?
