hello everyone
my son is pursuing ba english hons from a reputed univ. here in India. one of our distant relative is citizen of usa and holds a high position in northrop grumman. as he is distant he can't sponsor my son but says that he could give a job in that company after my son completes his hons. and doing a course in computer related field ( he will tell the program when he will complete his hons,according to in which there will be vacancy in the company).
can he really do this ,i mean is this possible in usa??? can the job be permanent??? if so can he directly get green card through employment????
