Hey, I applied to this long time ago, and I finished while I was in my country. They said they can't accept me in the spring 2014 term, so ill just have to wait for summer course. What happened is, my brother got sick, and we had to travel to the United states, and we did, and now I'm there. So I went to check my college, and done some replacement exams they asked, because I made it so why not. After I did, they saw that my grades are good, and I passed, and they studied my case and accepted me to start in spring which starts in march 27, 2014. They gave my acceptance and my I-20 form, can I transfer it to an F1?

Sure u can but if your stay on I 94 is at least 6 months then u have to apply it before 3rd month bcoz it takes at least 3 months to get your approval notice of status change after you apply , important -the letter u have to submit should seriously show how anticipated to get a us degree and return to your home country to get a job in your country
