The house where I live has no mail box. It is winter and the ground is frozen so we can't instal one, plus I only plan to live here for 1 more month. Can I have my EAD card be mailed to a P.O. Box? When I call USCIS I get different responses. Also my card has been mailed and returned once because the house has no mailbox, I don't know what else to do. Have my 90 days of unemployment days started? even if I haven't recieved my card? I don't know what to do...
