Dear All,
Need a clarification to know my chances for my H1b Extension to go through without issues.
I came to US in December 2013 with 25 days of visa validity and applied for my visa extension intime, which resulted into an RFE to provide them some additional documents along with my pay stubs. But due to some issues with my name in the DHS ( Dept of Homeland Security) records, I was unable to apply for my SSN, so my payroll is not yet initiated in USA, so I do not have my Pay Stubs. My Organization( one of the top IT company from India) is producing a letter of my employment proof instead of pay stubs with all other genuine documents. I am very curious to know if my visa extension will go through without any issues.
Kindly share ideas / experience on my case.
