Hi everyone!
I'm from Italy and I just found an employer who offered me a training for one year.
However, when I contacted the sponsoring agency, they told me that having spent significant time in the US could be a reason for a rejected application.
I spent 3 months traveling in the US last year, and I'm currently vacationing in NYC since early March, on a Visa Waiver Program in both cases.
Would this compromise my chances to get a J-1? This training would be a fantastic opportunity and I'm starting to worry it might fall through.
Thanks in advance for your advice!
