Query on H1-B Petition/LCA

I have my H1B petition approved for Client A Loc A and have the interview scheduled next week in Hyd, India. However my employer has identified a new opportunity for me now with Client B in Loc B. Once I secure my H1 Visa do I need to go for LCA update to update the details of new client? Is it mandatory? Do I also need to go for H1 Amendment in this case? Employer is going to be same but client and work location will be changed

Point to be noted is my new client wants me at the earliest.
