My husband has his appointment in Juarez on 4/23/2014. After that I believe we have to file an I601 waiver due to the face he came here illegally in 1999 and left on a voluntary departure. He received a 10 year bar. No criminal history and we have 3 children. Ages 12, 10 & 8. We are trying to get an idea of when he could possibly be returning home. Can anyone help me out?
