Hi,
I am in L1 A visa and in US for last 5 years 6 months. My company is ready to process EB2 Green Card processing.
My current visa expires by Dcemeber 2014 and will be about 6 years 2 months by then.
If my Labour I-140 is approved by Dec and in process of I-485, can i extend the stay?
Will I be able to extend after 7 years?
How manay years will I get extension based on pending approval?
Is it possible to travel to India for a Vacation?
Can you please help on these questions..
