How can I work for a company also start my own business in USA as a Canadian citizen?
Need suggestions please.
My background:
1: professional
2: Canada citizenship.
3: bachelor degree in engineer, master in science.
4: working for a fortune 500 company in Canada since 2001
5: also own a profitable company (50% share, spouse has another 50%) since 2006, as a part-time job, but I never took any income from my company, all profits are still under my company.
My spouse:
1: professional
2: Canada citizenship.
3: bachelor degree in engineer, master in science.
4: employed
What we want:
1: move to USA for green card
2: both me and my spouse want to be employed in USA, in the meantime we want to move my company from Canada to USA and continue operation, however as before, I will NOT take any company income to me or my spouse as personal income. All profits will be kept in the company, me and my spouse can own the company, or one of us.
3: we have no problem finding jobs in USA, but to keep running my business while employed by someone is the issue.
Now we are stuck, is there any way to make this to work?
