Green Card holder marrying non-US citizen

Hi,
I am a green card holder and plan on marrying someone who is not a US citizen and does not reside in the US currently. If I would like to bring my spouse to the US what would be the best method? I will not be applying for naturalization in the near future.

You simply submit and I-130 petition package for your new wife. Expect about 12-14 months waiting time.
