Please clarify my situation whether it's safe and legal per immigration process. I have my I-140 approved from my employer-1 since 2010. Last year I switched my employment to another employer-2 and yet to start my GC (labour, I-140). Currently I am in a situation to take a decision whether to move to new employment, employer-3 or kick-off my GC with employer-2. So my question is whether is it safe to switch to employer-3 now with I-140 approved from employer-1 or not? If yes, then do I need to take any additional action to be safe until new employer-3 start my GC?
By the way, I completed 9 yrs on my H1b and currently I am on 3yrs of extension with employer-2.
