  • Wrong Resident Since Date on Green card

Recently I received my green card for me and my family. After 1 week, I realize that, my wife's green card has a wrong "Resident Since" date, however all other information are correct. I checked my GC and my children GC, having same "Resident Since" date as our I-485 approval date.
I check some thread, where it is saying it is better to replace card, as knowingly, we should not keep wrong information on GC.
I know I have to apply for a replacement card in form I-90, as its a USCIS typo error without any fees.
My question, which are the documents need to be attached with filled I-90 form?
Please help me, as I didn't get my answer anywhere.

Besides any other documents listed on info about the I-90, THE ORIGINAL ERRONEOUS GREEN CARD MUST BE SENT. BUT BE SURE AND MAKE PHOTOCOPY TO KEEP IN LIEU OF REAL CARD, until a replacement card has been received.

      dear Ray B,
In Form I-90, It is only mentioning to send original card,
I guess i have to submit minimum of a passport copy along with I-797 approval notice.
Do I have to send marraige certificate or photo or any additional documents?
      Please suggest.
