Hi All,
I've completed a 4 year degree in Engineering and have 2.5 years experience in the proffession. I wish to move to the USA at the start of next year to work however I would like to avoid the e3 visa due to the condition of employment sponsorship. Is it possible for me to start a post graduate course now and be able to get a J-1 visa next year (i.e. without 1 year of study of the new, post graduate course)?
