Hi, Just to give some background - I am currently on F1 OPT Stem extension and my wife has applied for F2 visa which she recently got approved. My company had applied for H1B for me which got selected in the lottery this year for the FY2015 cap.
My question is: can my wife still use her F2 to come to the USA? Since I am still on F1 and my H1B wont start (if it gets approved) until October 1st. In which case I will be applying for a H4 for her through COS on October 1.
