Folks,
I have been trying to call BLS Services in their San Francisco Office for the past two days with no success. I have made about four calls so far. On each call, I was on hold for about 30 minutes and then it just disconnects. It starts with a standard message "Your call is very important to us. Please wait for the next available agent." After about 15 minutes, a phone starts to ring. However, no one picks it up. In another 15 minutes, I am disconnected automatically.
I am wondering if others have had this problem. Perhaps there is an alternate number to call.
I also had sent them an email two days ago but no reply yet.
Don't understand how this whole thing works. My understanding was that visa services were outsourced so that things can be expedited:-(.
