i601 waiver

Filing i601 waiver for possession of less than an ounce of **** back from 1999. Is it necessary to mention violation of adult ordinance on waiver also? Records for both charges were sent with original i485 package.
I understand that the ordinance violation does not need a waiver for itself as minor infraction but is it still worthy of the mention on the waiver for the **** charge?
