I have a Bachelor's degree in Filmmaking and a Master's degree in Screenwriting, which I believe makes me eligible for TN as a Technical Writer. But that is not what I do. My field is in Sales and Marketing, which is not a TN eligible profession. So my questions are:
1. Does the employment letter have to state exactly "Technical Writer"?
2. Or can the position be "Marketing Associate" but have technical writing as part of the duties in the job description?
3. I heard that you receive a slip on your passport when you are granted the TN. What restrictions are stated on that TN slip? For example, does it say which companies you must work for? Does it state the job title, too?
Thank you.
