    Question visitor visa-documents submission

    hi,

its says on immi help that one needs to submit all the docs 5 days prior to the interview date...for mumbai counsulate

    my questions are:
    what docs?
what if the docs gets misplaced?
and if the docs are to be submitted prior to interview then what docs should be carried during the interview?
as the documents have some original papers too...so should we just submit the copies of those papers or the original ones.
I have sent a whole bunch of papers to mom for her visiting visa..does she have to get the copies of whole bunch..before submitting to the counulate.
    it all seems very risky.
what if the docs won't reach the CO...

    pls help

You need to send the photocopies of all the supporting documents 5 days before the interview. That would be documents such as affidavit of support, birth certificate, property documents, employment letter etc.

You need to submit originals for application forms, photo etc.

    Read http://www.immihelp.com/visas/application.html for detailed information.
