My husband and I are Indians residing in US and have twin boys who are 1 year old. We were considering to apply for their PIO card and had paid the fees online for the application.
Due to changes in circumstances, we need to travel to India asap and cannot wait for 3-6 weeks for PIO card to be processed. Hence, I would like to apply for their "Entry visa" to India.
My questions are:
1. How can I withdraw PIO application?
2. How long is the PIO application valid once the fees are paid?
2. Is entry visa for 5 years or can I apply for a shorter duration? That way I can hopefully resume PIO card after few months.
