Individual L eligibility, Questions,Docs Required?

hi pals..

I juz want know the eligibility of Individual L petion.

I was rejected for Blanket L1 due to Not apparent knowledge.

I was told to apply for Individual L petion by the Consulate officer.

I googled over the internet and i get know the eligibility for Individual L is 1 year in the same company over the past 3 business years.

But I am Just have total of 1.5 years of exp. inthe same company can i apply for individual L or do i need 3 years of exp.?

Also I want some sample questions, Docs to be submitted to the USCIS for Individual L,
