F1 Visa - Chances of Rejection

My Situation:

1. I am a Senior Associate working with a major IT firm for the past 8 years.
2. I I have been working in the US for the past 4.4 years (maxing out on L1 soon)
3. My H1B visa was recently applied by my company and I did not get through the lottery.
4. My wife got through H1B visa lottery approval process this year.
5. I have got admit from a major B school in the US with full scholarship.


I am going for my F1 visa stamping to India - can I be rejected because I have been in US and because I did not get through H1B lottery , I am trying to go back to US on F1 Visa

(this is not the truth though , I was anyway doing my MBA)
