Can I use a different I-20 from a different college (UCSD) after scheduling the visa appointment with another (UCLA). I have paid the $160 fee but not the SEVIS fee yet.
I completed the DS160, paid the $160 fee at Axis Bank and had my interview scheduled on 10th July 2014. The SEVIS fee is yet to be paid. Can I cancel this appointment, create a new DS160 and use another I-20 from UCSD? Will it create any problems during the interview?
Please Note: The I-20 from UCSD was received even before the one from UCLA. Will this cause a problem? Will they ask me why I made this change?
If required, I can pay the $160 again.
