Form AR-11

Good afternoon,
I have recently come to the United States through the green card (06/21/2014). Now I have to inform my address. Have realized that I have to fill the form AR-11.
I have some doubts on filling AR-11. Never had address in the United States and can not finish filling out the form. Is there any form to first address?

i'm confused, didn't you have to fill out a customs form when you first entered the US? it's a 6059-B, and looks like this: http://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/fil...lable%29_0.pdf

you should have already given them your address on that form, no? AR-11 is only for change in address (if you moved within the US).
