Student Visa Rejection on section 212(a)(6)(c) - Need help

Hi there, My student visa is rejected on section 212(a)(6)(c) for misinterpretation of Documents in Jan 2009( As consultancy guy gave some supporting documents that time). Visa officer asked to provide the details and all, later i mailed them those details and i got my passport back with the letter stating that the visa is denied on 212(a)(6)(c). Do I have any chance to go US on H1 or Dependent visa now ?
