I'm a South African on a j1 visa. The 212(e) rule apply. I'm in an relationship with is an America citizen and we want to get married. My j1 ends feb 2015 and will possibly extend additional two years (in total it will be 5 years on j1). What should we do in order to not be separated by each other once completion of my j1?
