H1B Visa Ravalidation in Canada

Hi,
I have valid H1B visa in my passport and valid up to Mar10th.
I am planning to go to India in the month of March.
that is the reason I took the appointment in Canada in the last week of January for H1B revalidation.

I have two questions here...

1. Can I go for visa before expiring the visa.

2. in case my visa get denied in Canada can I come back to US because of valid visa and valid I-94.

Yes. As long as you have a valid I797/I129/LCA

2. in case my visa get denied in Canada can I come back to US because of valid visa and valid I-94.
Yes. But request the consulate not to cancel your current visa.

If application at Canada is rejected, you may not be able to US in majority of cases.
