Hi All,
I am currently in US in H1B and i have my wife and son (18 months) with me in H4.
Before few months, i missed my son's passport and reapplied through BLS and now got a new passport for my son.
The question is,
When i go to India for vacation, Can i use my son's blank new passport ? ( as there is no stamping in it. The stamping was in the older passport which i lost) I will be going for a stamping before i return back to US. So i will have a stamped visa in his passport when i re-enter US. but will there be a problem when i enter India with this blank new passport?
Will there be any issues in leaving US as well?
I have his approved I797 and i94. Do i need to carry anything else?
Am i not suppose to travel in airlines that have a transit in EUROPE?
Please advice.
Please let me know any possible issues that i may face and let me how if some one has gone through it.
