I studied in India. I have completed Diploma in Electronics & Communications (~2.5 years of diploma after 12th standard) and based on that I got admission in Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Communications. In this case I got admission directly in 2nd year of degree course because of the diploma. So my bachelor is for 3 years. Additionally i have 9 years of experience(out of that 5 years in US). Will this be valid under EB-2 category?
