H4 to H1
Hi Team,
I have an H4 visa and I am in India right now working for an IT company they filed my H1 ths yr bt tht sumhow din't get selected in lottery now I want to join my partner in US. Let me know if I can go their on my H4 and search for job and get my H1 sponsored, if all this is legal. if not let me know the other workaround.
