I have submitted my I 29F for fiance and have recieved a letter from USCIS requesting for more evidence. can anyone tell what exactly they are asking for.i have called USCIS and have not recieved any info from them.
all foreign Language documents must be submitted with complete word for word english translations.the translator must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competend to translate. do not submit the english translation without the foreign language document.
intent to marry: submit evidence from the beneficiary that she plans to marry the petitioner within 90 days of the beneficiary's admission to the United states. evidence of the beneficiary's intent may be a statement, wedding preparations or other evidence that clearly establishes the couple's intent to marry.
