Can spouse travel with the new passport cayying the old passport having H4 Stamped
Hi, me (H1) and wife(H4) has a vilid visa till 20-Dec-2014 and planning for extension. After extension of visa wife will be back to India (in December start) and will apply for a new passport for the name change (my name is not there as Spouse name).
in this case can spouse travel with old passport having H4 visa Stamped along with the new passport?
FYI : applying for new passport (with hasband name) is bacause the new born baby will get the passport easily. (accordingly we will plan)
