Two valid H4 dependent visa
Hi,
My family had old H4 visa which is valid until 14 Aug 2014. I switched employer when I was in US and recently came to India. I went for stamping along with family and we received a passport with new visa. As my I-797 starts from 23 Oct 2014 so we got annotation "Not valid to travel until 13 Oct 2014". I have another approval I-797 from same employer which is valid until 22 Oct 2014. Which is not consider while stamping visa on our passport. Counselor didn't ask for that and I forgot to mention during interview. so Now I have two questions.
1) Is it possible to correct the visa if I request for correction and provide both I-797 to any US embassy?
2) Can my family travel to US on old H4 visa which is valid until 14 Aug 2014, if yes then I don't need to send their passport for correction?
