Default Using Rescheduling/Cancel an appointment in VFS

    Hi :

I have booked a web appointment for h4 for my family thru VFS. I am looking for earlier dates so that I can reschedule. I know that rescheduling can be done only once. I went to the Reschedule/Cancel an appointment page and gave the details.

Now the program is asking "Do you want to Reschedule the appointment" and similar questions which I am not sure where I'll be ending up with. Can anyone please let me know how this Rescheduling program works.

    Pl. treat this as urgent.

    Thanks

Default Using Reschedule/Cancel an appointment in VFS

    Hi Thanks for the help.

I could not understand this Rescheduling though. I booked H4 on April 18 and looking for earlier dates. I went to this page, provided the details, Clicked reschedule Appointment. Now it displayed the H4 applicant and other details and still displayed the same Date & Time in another page. Now it displays 2 buttons Confirm reschedule & Exit. This is not a rescheduling as the dates are not changed. What should i do now ?

Is this how rescheduling works ?

Can anyone pl. provide page by page details

    Thanks again.
