Hello,
I arrived to Delhi to pursue studies under ICCR scholarship. I was admitted to Jamia Milia Islamia Univ. but it occured that I have to change Jamia Millia for Central Institute of Hindi and that is where the problem begins: I am still waiting for ICCR to change my scholarship details, then I will have to change visa (I have Jamia Millia in my visa) and it is taking ages while I should register myself until 27.07. I have read about a penalty charge of 30 USD in case of late registration but I am afraid I will have other problems with registering. Can FRO decline my registration if I do that after those 14 days? Do I need any additional documents?
