  • Attending L1B visa with pregnent wife (currently in SIX month)

    Hi All,
I am planning to attend L1B VISA stamping on end of Aug - 2014.
I am filing L2 dependent VISA for my wife. Now she is in SIX month and i am planning to take her with me for VISA interview.

    Here i have few questions:
    1. Is there any problem if I take my wife to embassy for stamping?
    2. Would it impact (being pregnant) of getting VISA approved for both?

I have checked with my company HR's, they said that insurance is 100% taken care by company once move to US. Same has been mentioned in my offer letter as well.

If someone has already gone through this phase can you please share your suggestions?

    1. Dont see any issues.
    2. I dont think so.

Do ensure, if you are planning to travel with your spouse while she is pregnant, that you do have valid Medical approval, and do check with airlines before travel.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
