Rental cars for young drivers

Hi!

Does anybody know if it is possible at all for someone that is 20 years old and desperatly need a rental car?

Me and some friends are having a little roadtrip to a very remote location in Illinois where there is a musicfestival. The closest Grey Hound bus Depot and Amtrack station is at least 20 miles away.. any clue to how i can rent a car when i am 20 years old?
