Sincerely seeking to move to US permanently

Hello all,
My husband and me are thinking to move in US on permanent basis. We have
four kids below 12 yrs. I am 36 indian citizen presently living in Saudia. I
have a Masters and B. Ed degree, certified teacher with an experience of 14
yrs. My husband is a civil contractor and has least fluency in English, coz of which i need to be the main applicant and my husband will join me later.
What visa are we eligible for and how much does it cost? Pls need your
guidance.

Since your only eligibility is based on employment skills, rather than family members, you must find an employer who will initiate employment-based visa processing for you.

It will be better to try for canada rather than US... though canada will take some time
