H1 Transfer done now move back to old employer

Hi,

I have serious situation here.
I am working with Company A who holds my H1. Now I accepted job with company B and H1 transfer went successfully (I have not started yet, my start date is two weeks from now).
Now for some reason I want to move back to company A (I don't think so they revoked my H1 yet, I'm still on their payroll).

- Does company A needs to do H1 transfer?
- Can I technically join company A without leaving the country?

Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

H1 Transfer done now move back to old employer

Technically nothing will get transfer from your current employer. The other employer got the new H1 petition approved based on the already approved petition as a Cap -exempt petition.

If you are still continue working with your old employer, you don't have to do anything and just ignore the new employer.

BTW, Please show some generous to any other employer in the future as it will save their time, effort and money-
