Hi, I am planning to apply for a tourist visa along with my wife. I am running my own catering business in India.

Please advise me what are the documents required at the time of visa interview.

Please note that the decision is based mainly on the information you provide on the DS160 form and not documents.

However, carry mainly the proof of your work and income.
Business registration, IT returns, Bank statement 6 months .

If you are going for pure tourism, carry a plan of places you will visit.
If you are visiting someone in US, carry an invitation from him. If someone is sponsoring your visit,
carry the sponsorship docs ( I-134 etc). If you are self paying , then sponsorship papers not required.

these are the decision making points;
1.stability ( history) of your work and your income in India
2.if you are going for pure tourism, a history of travel to other countries is important.
3.Who is paying for the trip ; self or someone in USA.
4.If you have any immediate relatives in USA ( bro, sis, parents, spouse, children)
5.Duration of visit.
