L1 B Visa: Only 1 year of Experience in current Organization

Hello Members,

As per my project requirements , I need to go to USA for a long term assignment on an urgent basis.
I have to apply for L1B visa. I have only 14 months of experience in my current organization.
As per my company HR , I have a very weak case and chances are very less that I could get the L1 visa.
If somebody has similar experiences, whether positive or negative, please do share.
It would help me to be mentally prepared for the interview.

I dont have exp in this, but 1 yr should be enuf provided you have specialized knowledge/skills that ur company needs.

My L1 B visa is approved on 10th of October 2014.
