malaysian dependent VISA

Hello I am Indian citizen and my wife has dependent VISA issued for three months (30 july to 30th october) , but due to some issues, she will be able to travel on 28th october and plan to stay for two weeks in malaysia. But the problem is after she has come, visa will expire in two days. Is it possible to cancel this existing three month VISA and reapply for fresh one?
