Travel on EAD/Advance parole
Hi,
I am currently working on OPT STEM EAD. I studied an engineering degree but my OPT STEM was granted on my current job which is in IT. I really want to travel in december for my brothers wedding and I am afraid I might face issues at the embassy/Point of entry because I currently work in an IT job and not engineering job since you have to directly use your degree and my F-1 visa expired last year. My question is can I return using the advance parole under the bona fide reason since I have no filing of I-485 or what else can be done ?
