A friend of mine was issued an exparte protective order against him by his wife. They lived abroad and had a misunderstanding. She claimed alleged abused and file for a protective ordering US against him. He just got the notice few days ago through the local court where he lives abroad.. And he had been contacting her without knowing about the protective order but ever since he received it he has made no contact with her. Could the protective order against him affect his tourist visa? Could he also be charged for violating the protective? Please Senior members help out. Ray and Peace!
